STEP 2

ACTUALISATION

Your unique personality and style can be encapsulated into a physical artefact when you design an engagement ring yourself. It becomes an integral part of your life. As it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, we take our responsibility in bringing it to completion very seriously. Our highly skilled and experienced team of designers, gemmologists and master jewellers will guide and assist you at every stage of the design process.

In the conception phase of your engagement ring, our designers will work closely with you to make any adjustments necessary up to the final drawing. We will provide you with 3D imagery of the design, allowing you to view it in detail from any angle. Upon your approval of the design and payment of the deposit, the master jeweller will begin making your ring.

Depending on the production queue and the complexity of the design, the time frame for custom jobs can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. However, for express jobs, the ring will be completed between 6 to 11 days after the design is finalised.

STEP 3

COMPLETION

When your custom engagement ring is completed, we'll ask you to schedule an appointment to pick up the ring in our showroom, or we can arrange free express shipping with insurance if you prefer. Presented in a stunning box, the ring is beautifully lit by an LED and ready for your proposal.
